Terms and Conditions (Giveaway Rules):
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID where prohibited.
TO ENTER: Register by creating a user profile. All you need is a valid email address, but please include your city and state to help us better serve our community. That's it! All winners will be notified via email and will have one week to send us their shipping address in order to claim the prize. Mechanically or electronically manipulated entries are automatically void. After creating a user profile, you will be entered to win each time you submit a valid new ad (no duplicates) and for each time you tell a friend about OnlyMyAds. All entries become the property of OnlyMyAds. OnlymyAds assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, or for any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries to the scheduled OnlyMyAds giveaways. NOTE: Giveaways have not begun yet.
ELIGIBILITY: OnlyMyAds giveaways are only open to residents of the United States who are 15 years or older at time of entry. The giveaways are not open to employees of OnlyMyAds and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of ads a user shares with the OnlyMyAds community and the number of friends that user tells about OnlyMyAds.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Winners will be selected after the expiration of the current giveaway. Giveaways are not assignable, nontransferable, and non-returnable. No substitution for giveaways. Each Winner is responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the giveaway.
GIVEAWAY AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY: Each giveaway will be sent out within 7 business days or less (usually the next business day) of the expiration of the giveaway. OnlyMyAds is responsible for the postage and shipping of each giveaway. However, OnlyMyAds is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable items. Giveaways will not be replaced or accepted for return.
PARTICIPATION: Participation in the OnlyMyAds giveaways constitutes each user’s consent to the publication of his or her name for any commercial or promotional purposes and an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Rules. OnlyMyAds reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaways if they determine, in their sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of certain giveaways.
DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and OnlyMyAds, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. As a condition of participating in the giveaways, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the giveaways, shall be resolved by arbitration located in Travis County, Texas. Arbitration shall proceed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
